At all. Time will tell if we must append the words ‘ever again’ to that statement, but in a few months, behind enemy lines here in New York state, there’s another stipulation all New Yorkers will have to add. You’ll have to pass a background check just to buy ammunition.  It adds cost to the process, and there is no doubt that these costs will be passed on to the customer. This is governmental hostility to gun ownership in action.”
