Now, Balkanisation is a certainty. Second, the issue of internet governance is about to become very contentious. Third, as Evgeny Morozov has pointed out, ‘the rhetoric of the ‘internet freedom agenda’ looks as trustworthy as George Bush’s ‘freedom agenda’ after Abu Ghraib.'”
