“Pagan had responded to a call of shots fired in the area where the victim lives. On Aug. 12, Pagan returned to the home to investigate a domestic disturbance between the victim and her daughter. It was during that investigation, the victim says Pagan made sexual advances towards here. She said she felt the only way to get him out of her home was to have sex with him. According to the victim, Pagan returned to her home unannounced on Aug. 29, and demanded sex. Womack said the victim called a non-emergency 911 line to report the incident. According to the report, Pagan returned to the home again on Sept. 16 and again asked for sex.”
