
“Officials have confirmed to News On 6 that a longtime Muskogee police officer has been arrested on a slew of felony complaints which include kidnapping and sexual assault. Mark Ridley, 39, was arrested early Thursday morning by Muskogee County deputies. Ridley is to be arraigned at 3 p.m. for kidnapping, sexual assault, assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony. The MPD veteran already was on administrative leave due to a separate December incident involving the same victim, according to Cpl. Michael Mahan.”
