“As Mr. Egroff was seated at his computer preparing to listen to our program that began at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 8, 2012, he received a telephone call from a man who identified himself as ‘Officer Steve’ from the city of Scranton Police Department, who told Jason that he was calling just to check on him, to see if he was ‘alright.’ While our broadcast was playing on Jason’s computer, he received another telephone call from a ‘restricted’ number. It was ‘Officer Steve’ again, although this time he was calling from the front porch of Mr. Ergoff’s house.”
