Michael Pullen, a 38-year-old father of two from Dry Ridge, said he would replace racist or homophobic comments with silly statements, such as, ‘I’m super fancy. A spokesman for the U.S. attorney’s office had been furloughed as part of the government shutdown and was unable to comment.”
