The seven-foot-tall, 275-pound sculpture will be inside the Sussex County Community College’s Center for Performing Arts until Oct. 20. The tower was removed from the Vernon municipal court in July after a judge warned it could be used as a weapon. The courtroom is also where the town council meets.”
