“We know that two agents of the State used their positions of authority in order to sexually abuse at least two underage girls and probably many more. We also know one of the officers is now dead and foul plays looks to be the cause. Could other officers have killed Washington or had him killed in order to prevent him from spilling the beans about a larger child pornography or child prostitution scandal? This question is purely speculation. There is no hard evidence that I know of, pointing to a link between these two cases or greater police involvement. As we learned this week, with the outcome of the Kelly Thomas trial, agents of the State are placed above the law.”
