The Securities & Exchange Commission halted shares of GrowLife (PHOT) on Thursday as a part of its larger investigation into the industry. The trading halt follows another in late March for shares of Advanced Cannabis Solutions (CANN). The stock has since resumed trading but fell nearly 40% on the first day.”
