“The most senior Islamic cleric in Indian Kashmir has told all US citizens to ‘immediately leave’ the region because of the privately-produced anti-Islam film that surfaced in the United States. ‘US citizens visiting Kashmir should leave immediately as the sentiments of the Muslims have been hurt by these pictures,’ the Grand Mufti of Jammu and Kashmir, Bashiruddin Ahmad said Thursday, according to the Press Trust of India. A small group of protesters gathered peacefully on Thursday in the city of Srinagar in Kashmir to denounce the film, but police were on standby for the possibility of unrest after prayers on Friday.”

“An Islamic group headed by influential cleric Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi on Friday demanded Pope Benedict XVI apologise to Muslims over inflammatory remarks he made in 2006. The Qatar-based International Union of Muslim Scholars also accused the pope of fuelling ‘sedition’ between Muslims and Christians, in a statement coinciding with the start of the pontiff’s three-day visit to Lebanon.”

“Sana’a: Yemeni security forces fired warning shots and water cannon to disperse hundreds of protesters trying to reach the US embassy in Sanaa on Friday, an AFP correspondent reported. The protesters gathered about 500 metres (yards) away from the embassy compound calling for the expulsion of the US envoy in Sanaa as they burnt the American flag. They were met by security forces who blocked all roads leading to the mission, after similar confrontations left four people dead on Thursday.”

“The U.S. appealed an order permanently blocking enforcement of a law that opponents claim may subject them to indefinite military detention for activities including news reporting and political activism. Lawyers from the office of U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara in Manhattan today filed papers seeking review of yesterday’s ruling on the law, which is part of the National Defense Authorization Act for 2012. In the ruling, U.S. District Judge Katherine Forrest said the law is unconstitutionally vague.”

“Trulia Research released today its Summer 2012 Rent vs. Buy Report, which provides the inside scoop on whether buying a home is more affordable than renting in America’s 100 largest metropolitan areas. With a 3.5 percent mortgage, itemized deductions at the 25 percent federal tax bracket, and a seven-year time horizon, home ownership is cheaper than renting in all of the 100 largest U.S. metros by a wide margin.”

“The idea of ‘directed history’ is the idea that the power elite creates a historical narrative to further its globalist ambitions. This led us to hypothesize some two years ago that the so-called Arab Spring was a pretext to install Islamic republican governments throughout the Middle East in order to foment a religious war with the West. We also hypothesized that the CIA-penetrated Muslim Brotherhood would be the metaphorical Trojan horse that would be used by Western powers as the antithetical element – the controlled opposition – to ignite this war. Bear in mind this movie did not sell a single ticket when it was screened.”

“Senator John McCain in the terrorist rat nest of Benghazi after marshaling cash, weapons, and political support for militants tied directly to Al Qaeda. McCain’s insistence that the terrorists he helped arm and install into power were ‘not Al Qaeda’ runs contra to the US Army’s own reports which state that Benghazi’s terror brigades officially merged with Al Qaeda in 2007. McCain’s ‘Libyan patriots’ have now killed US Ambassador Stevens with RPG’s most likely procured with cash and logistic networks set up by NATO last year, part of a supranational terror campaign that includes violently subverting Syria – a campaign McCain also supports.”
