Cops Find Less than 1 Oz of Weed at a Party, Throw Over 70 People in Jail

“Cops in Cartersville, Georgia arrested an entire party — more than 70 people — after finding less than one ounce of marijuana. All 70-plus partygoers were arrested and booked into the Bartow County Jail and face charges for possession of marijuana under one oz.  No one at the party was being violent or otherwise causing a problem when police arrived. According to Cartersville Police Lt. M.E. Betttikofer, officers were responding to a 911 call reporting shots fired in the area when they found the party.”

Taxpayers Held Liable After Cops Command K9 to “Eat” Handcuffed Man

“The entire attack was over a suspended license.  According to the Beaver Countian, terms of a settlement agreement ending Cicco’s federal lawsuit were not disclosed in court filings, but a source in Beaver Borough familiar with its provisions said the town’s insurance carrier paid out approximately $250,000 to end the litigation.  After obtaining the dashcam footage, the Beaver Countian also obtained audio of the officer’s call. In the audio, the cop is heard joking about the damage his dog inflicted on Cicco.”

72yo Grandma Shot Dead as SWAT Raided Her Home For Marijuana

“A Bartlesville SWAT team executed a search warrant to bust Livingston for the alleged sale of marijuana.  When the heavily armed and likely militarized men kicked in the door to their home, Townsend, likely not knowing who her home invaders were, picked up a pellet gun and fired off two pellets. A Bartlesville officer then shot and killed her.”
