“According to Forbes, Cargill’s store is ‘the first legal Bitcoin-friendly firearm retail business in the country, if not the world.’ He started ‘accepting Bitcoin as an alternative to dollars for all sales… in January’ and he was ‘inundated with [so many] emails and phone calls’ that he began selling online as well.  Ironically, Cargill says he ‘never wanted to sell guns online,’ but the demand for them required it. Like all other gun dealers, firearms purchased online from Central Texas Gun Works are shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) near the buyer. The FFL then conducts a background check before releasing the firearm to the would-be purchaser.”

Associates defend anti-gun activist found carrying gun inside school

“He was a well-known face in the movement for the SAFE Act, the state law that made carrying a gun on school property a felony. He was also a familiar presence in the hallways of the city’s Harvey Austin Elementary School, where he worked in the after-school program and mentored students.  No one imagined that on Thursday he would show up at the school in possession of a gun, touching off an hours-long lockdown, search and ultimately his arrest on two felony charges.  He was among local activists who stood with Assemblywoman Crystal Peoples-Stokes last year lobbying for a law that would make possessing a gun on school property a felony.”

Notices Drafted For Connecticut Owners of Newly ‘Illegal’ Firearms

“A spokesperson with the Special Licensing and Firearms Unit of the Connecticut Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection told TheBlaze that a letter has been drafted to send to gun owners who are found to be in possession of unregistered semi-automatic rifles deemed illegal by the state’s new gun control law. The spokesperson, who didn’t want to identify herself, refused to comment on the content of the draft letter.  State officials did accept some gun registration applications that were submitted after the Jan. 4 deadline, however, not all late applications were accepted and are now on the state’s radar for owning guns that became illegal overnight.”

Students Petition To Execute Gun Owners In Concentration Camps

We can trust the government to be the only ones with guns.’ Dice said to students on campus in San Diego, while they unquestioningly signed the petition to ‘repeal the Second Amendment.’  ‘These peasants don’t need guns,’ Dice stated, adding ‘We want to put all registered gun owners in prison,’ prompting one student to replay ‘Yes, it’s too dangerous.’ for people to own guns.  ‘It’s just a simple repeal of the Second Amendment and we’ll be terminating and executing all of the gun owners.’ Dice told another signatory who replied ‘OK, thank you.’ and walked off.  Dice has persuaded Americans in his area to agree to repeal the entire Bill Of Rights.”

“Police in Ankeny, Iowa deployed a 12-member SWAT team in full battle array to execute a warrant in an investigation of alleged credit card fraud. The invasion of Sally Prince’s home was captured on camera, despite efforts to destroy the home security cameras used to record their crime.  The invaders did not find any of the items listed in the search warrant. Captain Makai Echer insisted that the military-style assault was necessary and justified because the department was aware that an occupant of the home had a firearms permit.  Gun ownership is one of the key considerations in the standardized ‘Threat Matrix’ used in planning SWAT operations.”

McGruff, The Crime Dog, Sentenced To 16 Years For Pot, Weapons

“The man who played the famous ‘Take a bite out of crime’ dog was arrested in 2011 after Galveston police and drug-sniffing dogs pulled over the McGruff actor for speeding, the Houston Chronicle reports. Authorities found diagrams of two indoor pot-growing operations sitting on the front seat, and multiple pot seeds stored in the trunk of his Infinity.  Police raided Morales’ home and found the multitude of marijuana plants, ammunition and weapons, which included a grenade launcher.  Morales insisted that he was nonviolent, but U.S. District Judge Vanessa Gilmore stated that, ‘Everything I read about you makes you seem like a scary person.'”

Frothing Panic On School Bus Over ‘Power Ranger’ Toy Gun

“A school bus driver in Auburn, Maine, stopped his vehicle and immediately called police after over hearing a student on board say the word ‘rifle’.  The driver, from Sherwood Heights Elementary School, opted to call in the cops rather than question the child himself.  When the Auburn police arrived, they discovered a toy ‘Power Rangers’ gun inside the backpack of one of the students, according to Superintendent Katy Grondin.  Referring to the school’s policy on weapons, the Superintendent stated that it prohibits ‘anything that could be perceived as real. We tell students, ‘To you it’s a toy, but it’s not appropriate.””
