Winston Churchill’s shocking use of chemical weapons

“In the summer of 1919, Churchill planned and executed a sustained chemical attack on northern Russia.  The cabinet was hostile to the use of such weapons, much to Churchill’s irritation. He also wanted to use M Devices against the rebellious tribes of northern India. ‘I am strongly in favour of using poisoned gas against uncivilised tribes,’ he declared in one secret memorandum. He criticised his colleagues for their ‘squeamishness’, declaring that ‘the objections of the India Office to the use of gas against natives are unreasonable. Gas is a more merciful weapon than [the] high explosive shell, and compels an enemy to accept a decision with less loss of life than any other agency of war.'”

Guantanamo Gulag and the Human Rights Lie

“The US military running the Guantanamo Bay prison have cracked down hard on the dozens of prisoners who have, in desperation, engaged in secret hunger strikes so that they may die in peace making their point about the American gulag without being force-fed by US authorities. Of the 166 who remain in indefinite detention, without charge or trial, 86 have been ‘cleared for release.’ But they will not be released. They will most likely be held until they die. Many have likely already gone insane, as they were captured with no evidence, given no trials, tortured, and forced to live in a tropical Siberia. Yet the US has the gall to hector and lecture [other countries] about ‘human rights.'”

Nine Reasons Why Bombing Syria Is Not an Act of Justice

(1) The U.S. has supported anti-Assad (anti-Syrian) rebel forces against Assad for several years. (2) The U.S. has not been a neutral presence in that region since 1919. [..] (3) The U.S. has selected immediate violence as a response without taking the time to pursue other remedies. (4) The U.S. is threatening to act on incomplete information. (5) The existing framework of international law doesn’t allow for unilateral bombing by the U.S. or any other state. (6) Any attack may kill and wound innocent Syrians. [..] ”

Obama’s Latest Arguments Do Not Hold Water

“Obama declares that the U.S. membership in the UN and solemn agreement to its Charter is irrelevant. He does not intend to abide by the agreement and thus international law.  What messages does this declaration send? Obama is saying he’ll break or adhere to a compact on a selective basis as he pleases. Next week, he might support a UN action and the following week not.  In this same speech, Obama says ‘We cannot raise our children in a world where we will not follow through on the things we say, the accords we sign,…’ He doesn’t seem to realize that his statement about going it alone regardless of the U.N. smashes that accord that the U.S. signed.”

Nor did the US government ever apologize but instead gave medals and honors to the government killers responsible for these horrific deaths.”

$652 million project ‘GENIE’: U.S. conducted 231 ‘offensive cyberoperations’

Under a $652 million project code-named ‘GENIE,’ US specialists hack foreign computer networks to secretly put them under American control.  This involves placing ‘covert implants’ in computers, routers and firewalls, it said, adding that by year’s end ‘GENIE’ is projected to control at least 85,000 ‘malware’ plug-ins in machines around the globe.  US intelligence services make ‘routine use’ of government-constructed malware around the globe that ‘differs little in function from the ‘advanced persistent threats’ that US officials attribute to China.'”

In its quest to turn New York into the next ‘Ring of Steel,’ the department upped that to nearly 3,000 cameras by the end of 2011. Kelly loves cameras. But not on his guys.”
